Quibell & Son (Hull) Ltd is the day-to-day construction arm of the Group. We undertake all types of construction projects, from housing schemes to schools, hospitals, factories and retail parks.

Recent projects undertaken have included a £20m fast-track, energy-efficient luxury forest lodge holiday development in Cumbria, a £3.5m New Teaching Block for Lincoln Minster School and a £10m New Teaching Block and Gymnasium complex at Hull Collegiate School for the United Church Schools Foundation.

We are four years into our £19m Partnership with Humberside Police with their Local Police Team Programme, and have so far built 14 New Police Stations, 12 Station Refurbishments and 3 part New Build / Refurbished Stations.

We have also been successful in being appointed as one of three Framework Construction Partners for Housing 21 - Yorkshire and Humber Region. We recently completed a block of 39 flats and communal areas for the frail-elderly / disabled for Housing 21 at Bridlington, Easingwold and Bradford constructing similar accommodation.

As well as being appointed a Housing 21 Framework Partner, we have also been successful in being appointed a Framework Partner for the East Riding of Yorkshire Council, for whom we currently have three contracts on-going.S
